A District Attorney claimed last week that they possess a recording of Tim Lambesis verbally requesting the death of his wife. Attorney Salerno expressed his feeling about the case in a previous interview where he suggested that his client was set-up but now he has gone beyond just making the suggestion.
“Tim Lambesis never had the intention to harm his wife” said Salerno. “This whole thing was a set-up by a scumbag police snitch, and then law enforcement ran with it.” He also called this a case of “entrapment.”

One would think that a Christian lead singer would have this kind of revenge or anger towards his ex-wife. SAN DIEGO BAIL BOND – A San Diego County accountant arrested on a San Diego Bail Bond for stealing around $11 million from tax clients and then plotted to murder the four witnesses, was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison. According to the U-T San Diego, 51-year-old accountant Steve Martinez of Ramona was sentenced Friday for his crime. The case was actually completed in the fall of 2012 when he pleaded guilty to a dozen charges of theft and stealing including the murder-for-hire charge.

Authorities say the former Internal Revenue Service agent cheated and defrauded wealthy tax clients over a four-year period before he was indicted two years ago on federal tax fraud charges.

While out on a San Diego Bail Bond bail, he plotted to have four former clients killed because they were going to be witnesses. The plot ended when the honest and ethical hit man went to the FBI.

San Diego Attorney Suing Lipstick Bail Bonds for Violent Arrest

SAN DIEGO – San Diego Criminal Defense attorney Dan Gilleon said an attempted capture of a fugitive by bail bonds agent and bounty hunters caught on camera, went way too far.

The women bounty hunters who recorded the video and attempted to capture the defendant are from Lipstick Bail Bonds. Lipstick Bail Bonds is a statewide bail bonds agency with an office in San Diego, Orange County. There also have an online TV Show.

Orange County Superior Court records show that Duvall was out of jail on $100,000.00 bail since 11/30/2012. It’s not clear why the bail agency decided to revoke the bail bond, but the bounty hunters stated that Duvall was being rearrested for several reasons, including supplying false information.

In the video by Lipstick Bounty hunters, one woman says they tricked Duvall by using another person to ask for a meeting to clear up a supposed paperwork problem. The meeting was set up at an Arby’s restaurant in Huntington Beach, CA.

Once the bounty hunters arrived, the video shows a woman rushing in yelling, “Stand up!” and grabs Duvall as he’s sitting down. She can be heard on tape heard saying that his bail bond was being revoked. Two more women from the bounty hunting team armed with a gun then enter the Arby’s to try and subdue Duvall. Once outside the restaurant, he’s grabbed again but runs away, before the women start shooting rubber pellets.

Lipstick Bounty hunters were not able to re arrest him and now he’s lost vision in one eye.

Daniel Duvall hired local San Diego attorney Dan Gilleon who plans a lawsuit. “The first person to touch him did nothing to identify themselves,” said Attorney Dan Gilleon. Attorney Gilleon said the Lipstick Bail Bond agents created a confusing and dangerous atmosphere for Duvall and the public. “It seems like they’re trying to create their own little empire of being the next ‘Dog the Bounty Hunter.’ The problem is they’re placing people and defendants at risk,” said Dan Gilleon.

Two Encinitas Sheriff Deputies Shot By Evan Kwik

Encinitas Bail Bonds — Two San Diego County sheriff’s deputies were shot by Evan Kwik who is now barricaded inside a home in Encinitas according to KUSI News

San Diego Sheriff’s Department says witnesses in the neighborhood heard gunfire or an explosion around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon in Encinitas. It’s unclear how the two deputies were shot and injured or how severe their injuries are according to the sfgate.com. The officer names are Colin Snodgrass and James Steinmeyer.

His mother Michelle Kwik lets the police officers in the house and now the suspect is cornered in the crawl space. He has threatened to shot anyone who approaches him. It’s been reported the the SWAT Team is on the scene ready for action.

Both the San Diego Sheriff Police officers have been taken to a Scripps Encinitas Hospital. .

It’s reported that the deputies were investigating a car theft by Evan Kwik that was reported more than two hours earlier. The suspect is inside a home in Encinitas, near Leucadian Boulevard and the 700 Block of Del Rio.

This incident comes on the heels of the violent carjacking in Orange County two days ago where a 20 year old loser killed 4 people including himself within 45 minutes Monday morning February 18^th 2013.

Brothers claim San Diego police officer shot suspect in handcuffs

SAN DIEGO – Two brothers told 10 News they were only a few feet away when a San Diego police officer shot a suspect who they said was handcuffed.

Phillip Owen and Ryan Owen said they were hiding inside a shed when Victor Ortega was shot and killed by Officer Jonathan McCarthy in their Mira Mesa neighborhood.

According to reports, Officer McCarthy chased Victor Ortega from his home following a domestic violence bail bond call, San Diego police said after the June 2012 shooting.

The San Diego medical examiner’s report stated Officer McCarthy was in his patrol car and Ortega was on foot. A chase ensued and both met in an alley about 500 yards from Ortega’s home.

San Diego police said McCarthy tried to get Victor Ortega under control. That’s when his secondary weapon fell out of the ankle holster onto the ground as Officer McCarthy wrestled Ortega to the ground.

Police investigators said the officer kicked the secondary gun away and Ortega tried to grab the primary gun. That’s when police said McCarthy feared for his life and shot Ortega.

The San Diego police immediately following the shooting said Jonathan McCarthy only got one handcuff onto Ortega. However, the autopsy report showed marks on both of Ortega’s wrists.

San Diego Police Detectives told medical investigators for the report, that medics removed a handcuff to render CPR. They then took him to the San Diego jail arrest.

The Owen brothers told 10 News that they believed Ortega was handcuffed with both hands when shot.

Phillip and Ryan Owen said what they heard started with a “wrestling noise.” Both brothers said they were close enough to hear details what happened in the moments leading up to the shooting.

There is no reason why the Owen brothers are speaking up now 8 months after the shooting.

La Mesa police officer accidently bit by El Cajon police dog

LA MESA POLICE – A La Mesa police officer is recovering after he was bitten on the hand by a El Cajon police dog Monday night. Both departments were responding to a domestic violence call when the accident occurred according to 10 news.

Both the La Mesa police and El Cajon police departments were at the scene for a domestic violence call in La Mesa around Orchard Ave when the incident occurred. The police dog, from an El Cajon police K-9 unit, was assisting.

Authorities could not answer the question of why a police dog would be at a domestic violence house call. It’s not standard procedure and an investigation is continuing

The La Mesa police officer was bitten on the left hand below the pinky finger. He was bandaged and taken to a hospital for stitches. There is no word on any further injuries or how long he will be in the hospital getting treatment.

Neither El Cajon police nor La Mesa police officers on scene would tell 10News why the dog bit the officer. There is also incomplete information is anyone was arrested during the domestic violence call

Chris Kyle, Ex-Seal and “American Sniper” author dead | Bail San Diego

Bail San Diego – Chris Kyle, a former Navy SEAL and author of the book “American Sniper” was shot and killed with another man Saturday on a Texas gun range, a local sheriff told local authorities.

The Erath County Sheriff Tom Bryant said Chris Kyle, 38, and a second man were both found shot and killed at the Rough Creek Lodge’s shooting range west of Glen Rose, according to the New York Times . The suspect is Eddie Routh, a 25 year old suffering from post raumatic stress syndrome. The city of Glen Rose is about 50 miles southwest of Fort Worth. Bail San Diego

Sheriff Investigators did not immediately release the name of the second victim, according to the various newspapers.

Witnesses told authorities that a lone gunman opened fire on the men around 3:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon, then fled in a SUV belonging to one of the victims. Witnesses said a 25-year-old man was later taken into custody in Lancaster, southeast of Dallas, and that charges were expected.

The motive for the shooting was unclear and it appears to be a tragic loss according to Yahoo News.

Chris Kyle wrote the best-selling book, “American Sniper: His autobiography detailed his 150-plus kills of insurgents from 1999 to 2009 during several wars in the Middle East.

Chris Kyle was also sued by the con artist former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura over a section of the book that claims Chris Kyle punched Ventura in a 2006 bar fight over unpatriotic remarks that Ventura made. Jesse Ventura says the punch never happened and that the claim by Kyle defamed him and was false.

Chris Kyle had asked that loser Jesse Ventura’s claims of defamation be dismissed. But a federal judge said the lawsuit could proceed.

Encinitas Bail Bonds | Three teenage boys injured by large fireworks

Encinitas Bail Bonds -Three teenage boys were injured in Encinitas Wednesday afternoon while playing with dangerous fireworks in a canyon, officials from the San Diego sheriff’s department said.

Deputies say three teenage boys ages 15 -17 were lightning dangerous fireworks around 2:45 p.m. on their way home from the San Dieguito Academy near Bonita and Melba when the explosion occurred according to NBCsandiego

The teens had injuries to the face, arms and legs from the explosion and had to be airlifted to local hospitals. Their current conditions and names are unknown.

San Diego Sheriff Deputies, Encinitas fire crews and medics, all responded immediately to the scene. Investigators later discovered that fireworks had caused the explosion.

San Diego hotel explodes from hash oil drug lab | Bail San Diego

Bail SAN DIEGO- A San Diego hotel exploded from a drug lab on Wednesday. Authorities said a hash lab exploded at a hotel near Sea World San Diego. The weed defendants burned after a fire broke out from them extracting oil from hashish marijuana. This sent guests fleeing from danger according to cbsnews.com. They will need a bail San Diego after they get released from the hospital.

There was a 22-year-old man who suffered life-threatening injuries. Also burnt was a woman in the room and a young man staying in the next hotel room, USA Today said

San Diego Police Investigators found boxes containing butane canisters inside the room where the explosion occurred. The weed addicts were trying to make has oil and they failed.

The butane explosion was ignited by a cigarette, Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Maurice Luque said. According to witnesses, the second-floor room looked burned out.

Witnesses rushed out of their rooms after what felt like a earthquake and saw black smoke coming from rooms. They grabbed a fire extinguisher with other guests removed mattresses as they heard people screaming outside.

A maintenance worker at Sea World, estimated that walls collapsed in six rooms. Police said at least four rooms were destroyed and badly burned.

The blaze was mostly under control which happened at about 11:15 a.m.

The U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration is leading an investigation into the explosion.

The defendants will be taken to the San Diego jail booking and arrest process and need a Bail San Diego in order for them to bail out of the San Diego County jail.
